My daughter was disappointed with theses beads for two reasons first was that we could only find one letter N which was not very good as her name is Penny, and the second was some of the white print did not show up well on a lot of the beads. I know that these mistakes are not realley your fault and it is your supplier who is at fault. I was pleased with the outcome after my phone call to you about this problem
Very poor quality, most of the white paint had come off so you could hardly make out the letters.
