I do however have to comment on the payment methods available on the website (which is were i placed my order). There is no indication that there is a limit to the price for different payment options. I choose to pay by paypal as it would save me any hassle going and getting credit card details etc and the payment went through fine and was even taken out of my paypal account! Only for yellowmoon to contact me days later to tell me that I cannot pay for orders over £100 using paypal. Why did it not state this, and stop me completing payment on their website!!!!!!!!!!! What ensued was very complicated and involved refunding part of the money to paypal and then charging me a further £231 pounds in the meantime. This is not very convenient as it leaves a credit of over £200 on paypal and me out of pocket until such time as i spend the money on paypal.
Overall, what could have been a great transaction was spoilt by poor information and direction on the website.
