The website could be improved; fill your shopping basket, forgot password, log on with new password, basket emptied - this happened again on order made last week. I also find delivery time slow compared to other companies. Received goods from other suppliers with orders made same day at least 4 days earlier at same postal service. Plus points are good variety and quality of range.
