Service Rating: Although I think that the service you provide is excellent, my only criticism is that when I was dissatisfied with a product, I was told that my account would be credited with the cost of the item. As far as I am aware this has never happened.

Service Rating: Yellow Moon itself is very efficient - the delivery service is very poor - due to not delivering outside of 9-5 Mon-Fri, also not leaving the parcel when requested to do so getting to a point where the order was on the point of being cancelled as could not take delivery of it - I was very disappointed and probably won't order from Yellow Moon again due to the delivery service! I did manage to get in touch with Yellow Moon who arranged an alternative delivery address - but I was not impressed!
