Product Rating: Unfortunately, one of them ( I ordered 2) had a vital piece missing. When my son opened it the upright piece of dowling was missing but as it was quite a long time I didn't contact you to let you know about it and thought perhaps it would be too late to say something.
Service Rating: I have always been very impressed with the service, on the one occasion there was a slight hiccup it was sorted immediately with no quibbling or fuss. That's why I continue to use Yellow Moon.
