Service Rating: Unfortunately I wasn't around when the courier wanted to deliver the order and as we were going on holiday the day after, I could not book another time slot (no option was given on the courier website). Consequently , the order was sent back to Yellow Moon, but when I chased it up with you, you immediately arranged a next day delivery with Royal Mail and I managed to get the order before my daugther's birthday. I thought the service from Yellow Moon was excellent.
