Product Rating: Brilliant! It was a bit of a trial to see if these would hold up my polymer clay creations and I am delighted to say that so long as i position them carefully and that they are not too heavy (I might need two magnets for larger pieces, they work really well. And what a great price!!

Service Rating: Products are good but the service I received was poor. I ordered well in excess of the 5 days needed for delivery of my goods which were required for a specific class. I took a day off work to be in for the delivery and it didnt arrrive. Another order was sent by express delivery but it did not arrive in time for my class, so I had no materials available. It was very inconvenient and caused me much distress at the time. I was sent a £10 voucher in the post as an apology and the supervisor who dealt with my problem was good.
