Two of them burst when blowing up, one of them tore. Given that they were rather expensive, this really shouldn't have happened.

Sticks werent that great! They didnt stay upright when the ballon was entered into the stick! Some of them worked but a few didnt!!

I didnt think my parcel would arrive in time so I phoned in a panic and the call person said they would send out for next day delivery and I could send the other one back when it came! It turns out I recieved my parcel within two hours after I called so I phoned back to tell them it had arrived. Both me and my partner were amazed at the quality of the service, never experienced such good service like this ever before with any shops i have shopped at. So impressed!!!!!
