Service Rating: Speedy service and delivery but not very clear that one of items not included. Would have preferred to have been contacted and asked if alternative better as unable to use beads without elastic. Late item was sent shortly after, very good, efficient service otherwise.

Product Rating: they aren't very easy to use for younger children and are extremely difficult for left handed but the kids love the different patterns they create and i haven't found these anywhere else. they could be better quality but that would obviously increase the price

Product Rating: My grandaughter loves cutting things out and there are 12 scissor designs to use
Service Rating: I ordered a scissors carousel, when it arrived it was broken, I contacted customer services, they got me another one out in time for my grandaughters 4th birthday, she was very pleased with them, but what excellent service. I did e-mail a couple of photos so customer services could see where they had been broken.
