Product Rating: A little bit cheap but in fairness the kids loved them!
Service Rating: Good service. Next day delivery was next day although courier did just leave parcel on doorstep in full view as we were not home.

Product Rating: My daughter and son both loved them, as did the children that were invited to their birthday parties.
Service Rating: On the whole the service was good and products of great quality. But one of the items I tried to order was not in stock and was not due back in for a good 3 weeks. I only found this out after the order has been processed and I had paid for all products which meant I had a credit on my account. I attempted to order a replacement product but that too was not due back into stock for 3 weeks. I therefore had to cancel this part of the order.
