Speedy service and delivery but not very clear that one of items not included. Would have preferred to have been contacted and asked if alternative better as unable to use beads without elastic. Late item was sent shortly after, very good, efficient service otherwise.
I ordered some beads and coloured elastic for my daughters birthday party to use during the party. I rang to check the status of my order and was told it would be dispatched the day I called, but it was actually dispatched 2 days later, and then I found that the colour elastic was not sent so was unable to make bracelets/necklaces during the party as planned. I ordered some other items after I placed my order with Yellow Moon and it was so much quicker and still sent 2nd class post, I don't think I would order again unless I allow extra time to receive the goods.
