I've just bought this for the second time at the request of my daughter. When made, the game is good enough to be kept and played with, which I don't always find with "make your own" type things.

I like the products, I've never had bad service from you but the delivery puts me off buying more often. I think the required spend for free delivery is too high and I think delivery takes too long. Also I want to register my school for cashback and it's not clear how to do it. If you could sort out these niggles I think my school could give you a lot more business.
