Service Rating: Most of the order was excellent, but I did have to ring to chase up one item. This was then sent out to me immediately.
I also had to complain about a set of pens that had come as part of a kite set, but a whole new kite set was sent out , which more than compensated me for any inconvenience.

Product Rating: The happy cards were good but I did feel the need to accentuate the letter P's or it wasn't obviously "HAPPY".
Service Rating: I have used Yellow Moon several times before and always look there first for my craft and activity items.
