I placed an order (9th oct) via the website but lost my sheet with a discount code on, as always happens I found it a couple of hours later so i phoned up to see if I could still apply it to my order - as it was the weekend I was told I would have to ring back on mon to speak to customer services which I did, I was very impressed when the person I spoke to already seemed to be aware of the situation and said he was planning on phoning me anyway - he then applied the discount. I tracked my order to discover it was dispatched on 11th oct. Unfortunately I then waited and waited for my order which still hadn't arrived by 22nd Oct, I phoned on the fri eve but no one could help me as customer services had closed for the w/e. I contacted the delivery company but they were unable to trace the parcel using my postcode and suggested I contact the sellers for a tracker / ID number which I did but the lady I spoke to at Yellow moon said that there wasn't one attached to my order although there should have been. I was advised to ring back mon when customer services were back. Although staff were polite and tried to help I found it frustrating that although there are staff there to take orders and money from customers there is no customer service facility over a w/e. most of the items had been ordered for a Halloween party I was doing on the 28th so I needed to know what was happening with the order. when I phoned on the mon I was told the items would be resent using next day delivery to ensure they were there in time for the party which they were although on receiving the order one of the items was missing - I phoned again and was told it would be refunded - which it has been. I still don't know what happened to the original order - it has never arrived at my address and so I don't know if it was yellow moon or the delivery company that lost it. Although i found the event frustrating generally the staff were helpful though maybe the system around customer services and tracker numbers needs looking at.
Good range of products and customer services. Was disappointed with the delivery service - It hadn't arrived on time, so I had to ring up to find out that they had tried to deliver it but couldn't find the address. I should have been told about this so it could have been sorted sooner.
It would be nice if my children's school could still benefit
