Service Rating: I think the products look fabulous. Unfortunately the Royal Mail let you down - I paid for express delivery of the items, however I didn't receive them in time for my little boy's birthday party and had to send them back.

There was not a snowflake in sight so no excuses from the Royal Mail!! Rating based on overall service which includes delivery.
