Service Rating: I have used Yellow Moon regularly and always found the service excellent. I have only ever had one issue. The Travel Pillow as mentioned below. I ordered two and both were extremely poorly finished on the top. The stitching had come undone and the stuffing was coming out. You kindly sent 2 more (and I have returned the originals) but altghough they were better and I have kept them, I do not expect them to last long and I think will need re-stiching in the near future.
