Service Rating: used the phone order system as I had a large order (worth over £200) and found the order taker very uninterested in the whole thing. It then appeared that I did not qualify for free delivery, this is only for internet orders apparently. At this stage I was going to cancel the order until Yellow Moon said that they would not charge on this occasion. I felt they were "doing me a big favour" so I am considering if I want to deal with them again after this frankly disappointing experience.
