Service Rating: Overall the service was excellent. The only negative was that the goods were delivered and the courier did not leave a card to say where the goods had been left. Yellowmoon re-sent the goods on an express delivery which was great but the situation could have been avoided if I knew where the goods had been left.

Product Rating: A really excellent idea. I got them as a 'crafty alternative' to the sporty games my husband had organised for my 10 year old's birthday party. Everyone was very enthusiastic about them but sadly the stitching came undone on at least two of them before they were even used. My son was just putting his in his pocket when his came undone! Poor quality.
