I am sorry for the difficulties with this recent order. I can see that you were initially charged for the whole order, and then we discovered out of stock items on your order. These items were refunded to your Yellow Moon Customer Account, and not your payment card. I have located the credit now and will arrange for it to be refunded to your card.
