Products are good but the service I received was poor. I ordered well in excess of the 5 days needed for delivery of my goods which were required for a specific class. I took a day off work to be in for the delivery and it didnt arrrive. Another order was sent by express delivery but it did not arrive in time for my class, so I had no materials available. It was very inconvenient and caused me much distress at the time. I was sent a £10 voucher in the post as an apology and the supervisor who dealt with my problem was good.
The fabric and quality of the product was great and the colours were lovely and bright.
