Thank you for your feedback. Looking into your query I can see Customer Services resent your order on express delivery because it was going to be too late for the required date. However this was later returned and a refund was processed. I will pass your comments onto the relevant department.
Having used your services again, speaks for it already, I think. Have made a mistake in going backward and forwards into my shopping basket and ended up ordering 2, when I only wanted one....
I like the fact that there is a good selection of products to choose from and a lot of items are in bulk which is useful,as i don't have to keep reordering small amounts. Yellow moon also stock some products that can be difficult to find on the highstreet. The cashback for my chosen school is an added bonus to shopping with yellow moon. When I've placed an order,it has arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I've never had to contact yellow moon after i've placed an order,as i've never had a problem.
