Product choice is excellent but delivery options are very poor and expensive. I paid for express delivery but as it was just gone 12 noon on a Thursday my delivery was not processed until the following day, something that was not clear until I purposely checked the small print. My goods did not arrive until 8pm on Monday which was too late for my daughter's birthday party. The courier service were impossible to contact and in the end I had to make a last minute dash to the shops. It was very disappointing.
