Very pleased with products and feel they are generally good value. However, delivery is always problematic for me as text notification is not specific e.g. your delivery will arrive on or before a certain date and then a further text saying that it is to arrive that day. Whereas I apprreciate that the service endeavours to get the goods to you asap, it is actually unhelpful to state a date and then send it the day before. I receieved a text saying that my delievry was arriving but I was at work so could not be in to receive it. I had to fiddle around making alternative arrangements and as a result I felt some negativity about my experience.

The whoopee cushions did not make the noise you would expect and I was very disappointed with them. I have passed on my comments already to customer services
