Dissapointed in the price to packaging which was cheap not the right product for presents. Mugs were in tatty boxes and at least two of the handles in each box were broken which was very embarrassing as these were Xmas presents.

Great product, kids had lots of fun, however they don't seem to ever dry??? I touched some of the pictures we made and the ink is still printing onto my hand over a month later??!!

The overall service and product choice is great. Somethings are expensive and I wouldn't buy them at that price. Some of the product i bought were fantastic. Some I was very dissapointed in.
