Items purchased were rammed into a box just big enough, and without other packing - most of the boxes the items were in are either broken or in too bad a state to be now used for Christmas presents. :o(

Good service, got in touch when I had forgotten to add an item, and ordered it for me. Didn't have to pay for postage but I thought I should have got the item for free.....that is what it would have been if I'd realised when sending in my order. My order would have been over a certain amount,
