Service Rating: My experience with Yellow Moon was mixed. Ordering and products good or excellent, but delivery pretty average. Received a text saying product would be with me Monday, but could request Tuesday - so did so. Parcel didn't arrive, so had to chase with Yellow moon. They were extremely helpful and with some prompting the parcel was then delivered the next day, but not sure what would have happened if I hadn't chased.
