Was meant to be a pack of 12 but received 18 balloons but only 8 sticks???

Quick delivery and generally good products but on more than one occasion you haven't sent the number of items advertised...

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry there was a shortage of balloon sticks. Unfortunately this product is now sold out so I have processed a refund for this.

I love the products, the price, and also that they give a percentage to schools. I have also had to return an item as it was faulty and the customer service was very good. I have only had good experiences with yellow moon.
