The service has been excellent. Unfortunately on this occassion the delivery was poor. The box was left by the door and a note pushed through the door which is fine but the box was damaged with one corner pushed in. I took photo's prior to opening it incase there were damaged goods. Fortunately apart from one of the containers of stick on bows popped and have gone into the box but all goods were acceptable for use.

Reputation was good and products have been good. I was concerned to find out my order was going to be delivered too late to be useful to me (due to a power cut apparently). It also contradicted a text message to my mobile which gave me a delivery date which was acceptable to me. However, when I explained the situation, next day delivery was arranged. This was excellent customer service in response to my need and was much appreciated. If this had not happened, I would probably not have placed further orders.
