Service Rating: good to keep children occupied bit expensive postage was high. more acceptable if it were free postage

Product Rating: Again, bought as a filler in case of rain at a 6 yr old's party - we didn't do them at the party so I put them the party bags. All the children seemed to love scratch art but whilst they were good, they weren't easy to put on or stay on - I think other decorations or the bookmarks may have been a better option. Also only downside is they come as one pack rather than individually wrapped so a pain to put in party bags - I had to copy the instructions out and wrapped this aroud the bracelet and wooden scratch tool so they were stuck together otherwise there would have been pointy wooden sticks in the party bag without much explanation!
Service Rating: As always a good service - would certainly recommend and use again. Delivery was late in the day and the box was bashed but the contents were fine - I guess the packaging did its job...

Product Rating: Dont stay tied on kids wrists, had to sellotape them on, waste of time + money. waste of my money, really dissapointed with them.
