Kids sometimes don't get the hang of the fact that to get the ink flowing on these pens sometimes brings out a real glop of blobby ink which then needs dealing with by a grown up!!!! But my little lady loves the sparkle to these pens.

I think your products are absolutely fantastic for my 7 year olds craft table.There are always new ideas appearing as well as the staples.I have now started ordering a wee selection to give as presents to others.The delivery times are excellently speedy too.However compared to other mail order companies I find the telephone staff lacking in humour and quite frosty.This is my only negative comment.
