VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! Was making a craft birthday party for 20 kids. Ordered photo frames and LOADS of different stickers. I used the express delivery service , and when my order arrived... no photo frames. Imagine, i have hundreds of stickers- but nothing to stick them on. Yellow Moon had my phone numbers AND e-mail address BUT nothing. I had to head straight to Hobby Craft . This was my first order with Yellow Moon and all I get is an invoice showing I am due a credit whereas with Baker Ross who I use regularly if they don't have items in stock they either do not charge me or immediately refund me for any items which are not in stock.
I would have expected at least an e-mail apologising for items out of stock and giving me the option to have the credit left on my account or have this refunded back to my card
I tried Yellow Moon rather than Baker Ross and Yellow Moon had an opportunity to win not only my personal purchases but also my business purchases and it would appear I have to buy from Yellow Moon to use my credit which is not a good way to win new customers
