Product Rating: The plastic which holds the card in the middle easily breaks off so be careful handling it.
Service Rating: I was told my order had been dispatched but it never arrived. I had to chase the order on several occasions and it eventually arrived nearly 4 weeks after it was ordered. Admittedly it was ordered before the Christmas period but I don't think this is acceptable.
Our Response:I can see that your order was held at your local Post Office awaiting collection. As soon as we were made aware you had not received the order, a replacement was despatched.
