The plastic cord kept undoing and was therefore hopeless for necklaces and bracelets. Hopefully the coloured elastic cord will be better

I am sorry to hear you had difficulty with this item. I have been advised that if you tie several knots, one on top of the other, the cord should hold.
Good website although would be nice to have a 'continue where you were' button after you've put something in the shopping basket. Really good quick delivery.
