My items took about 3 weeks to arrive! I had to make about 4 phonecalls to Yellow Moon as to where by order was. The driver had apparently delivered. Not to my address I may add! Yellow Moon said they would contact the driver and ask what address he left the order at? (No contact card was left to say a delivery was attempted either) Nobody contacted me to update me on the situation so I had to call. Still no explanation so Yellow Moon arranged a next day delivery for me.

Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I have to say that you offer and deliver an excellant customer service - you have still kept a human aspect with your staff - banter and humour are still very important to customers - without all the cliched customer service paraphrasing that goes on with other companies - the last call I made I spoke with a gentleman and he was very helpful !
Very pleased with the products received - the only slightly negative thing was that the 2 write on/wipe off boards I ordered were different. One was on strong hard board the other on much more flimsy card.
