Overall good, craft items great as always,though when I rang up to complain about the sumos and the number of batteries i was told it was very clear it meant 5 batteries in each. As your customer, i assure you this was not at all clear and do not consider it appropriate for you to argue otherwise. It would be better for you to acknowledge my comments and update accordingly.
