Worked well, although would have been helpful to have string seperated into the correct number of pieces, rather than a long piece, although I can see the advantage of this also.

Service Rating:

Slow service, operator on the phone was less than helpful. After almost a week of waiting for my delivery I called to see where it was, it had not even been dispatched. I had to pay for an upgrade to ensure it arrived on time. After all the comments on your website about 'speedy delivery' I was not impressed
