Product Rating: Very small and didn't work as well as I'd thought they would.
Service Rating: I like the brochure and always enjoy having a look through it. The items I ordered arrived very quickly which was good. I was disappointed with the baubles as they didn't fit together properly and were meant to be for Christmas presents. It's very frustrating that the only way to complain about something is to put it in writing - I'm amazed that you can't telephone or email the company if you have a problem. Due to the items being needed for Christmas, I didn't have time to write and complain so had to put up with them. If I order again I will do it months in advance in case of future problems.
