The website is to fairly easy to use. Orders are always recieved in a good time frame, even in the snow and on Sundays. I have passed emails and posted catelogues onto friends and family and like the money back that can go school or charity. I have a bit of difficulty getting back to same place I was looking at before adding an item to the basket. There doesn't seem to be an obvious link once you log in to start browsing the catelogue. Perhaps when 'Add to Basket' is pressed a sparate screen comes up to show the item in the basket so customers can continue from the exact place and product order they were at.
