I have previously purchased the wooden keepsake boxes which were great. I was told that they have been discontinued and sadly the board version is a very poor substitute. More than half of mine arrived broken or squashed.

Your service has always been very good - the delivery time was very good on standard service and equally the re-delivery time excellent. I think you just need to implement higher levels of quality control because even my 're-delivery' of keepsake boxes contained damaged items!
