Product Rating: After one day of use, one of the pens nib had sunk into the body of the pen and could no longer be used.

Product Rating: Love these pens they were easy to use and had a fantastic effect, I could have primed them at bit too much as it did have a tendancy to drip down the cup but like I said that may be me
Service Rating: Products I ordered were of great quality all came really well packaged as the delivery man put it over the back gate which would have been a fair drop and everyhting was in tact.
