Thanks for your feedback. Where our products come with accessories eg, paints or pens etc, our brochure will state the words 'included'. The pens that are shown with the Hairbands are only a suggestion of what products can be used to decorate them. However, I will pass your comments to the relevant department.
I think Yellow Moon products are good quality and great value for money. I especially like the way a percentage of the cost can be refunded to the schools.
