Just to say that I will never order anything from Yellow Moon again as the delivery requires a signature. I ordered items on 9th Sep for my daughter's birthday party on 18th Sep and in the end I had to drive to Gatwick to pick them up on the morning of the party. I work all day and was not at home to sign for anything, they agreed to deliver to my work and nothing arrive, and they then said that my work was covered by a different depot. I had a mobile phone delivered and left in the porch in the same week, and yet the few craft items required a signature. The delivery company said that they could leave it as long as Yellow Moon agreed that the signature was not needed in this instance, but having talked to someone at yellow Moon, they would not do this. It was unnecessarily stressful and I will make sure that I order from a company that will leave my delivery in the porch in future.
