I think the firms catalogues are very good at getting childrens attention. My daughter loves them. To be honest I try to throw them away before she sees them, but I don't always succeed. So from my point of view I would prefer not to be on their mailing list. I have usually found the things I have ordered ( usually under great duress!) fairly disappointing and of low quality, but they have been efficient enough sending the goods quickly etc
