I thought they were good, but I wouldn't say the quality was great. maybe you get what you pay for in this case.

Service Rating:

overall the ordering process, products and delivery service is good, but there are a few things that are not so good in my opinion. When veiwing the products online you have a 'buy' and 'info' link on each item. It makes no sense to me that both links take you to the product's info page. If I want to select the 'buy' link I don't want to go to the 'info' page, it frustrating to wait for the page to load and then reload the previous page. Also, I think you should always have fre delivery over £30, I know I'd order more often if it was. A higher price would deter me though, £30 is a fair number.

The holes in the beads weren't big enough or were drilled poorly and the ribbon old not be threaded through them.

Yellow moon has a great variety of products. I like the quick checkout facility and always get inspired when browsing. Good value for money.
