Our products are usually of a high standard, I am very sorry that this product did not appear to be. Customer Services are always happy to assist with any problems but can only do so if they are made aware of any issues. I will follow this up with our buyers, and will arrange for a refund in respect of the cost of this item.
I ordered two boxes of the ceramic dinosaur coin banks, with 3 in each box. there were 2 dinasaurs well and truely broken in my first order, so I phoned to ask for replacements and in that order 1 was broken. You must package the items better to avoid the items getting damaged and broken. The thin boxes and plastic bubble wrap was not enough. Poor.
