The service has gone down over the last year. They lied to me about when my delivery would be made, they changed my work address to another company on the same site and eventually had to arrange a special delivery just to make sure I received it. I was then promised a credit voucher which I didn't receive, and when I wanted to place another order, I was allowed to use it against it, however I then received a statement saying I owed them the value of the voucher.
Their admin is clearly very poor.

Thank you for your feedback. Looking into your query I can see a gift voucher was sent, however when you contacted us to say you never received this we transfered the amount as credit onto your account which has since been used. I have processed a refund for this item.

I love Yellow Moon! They've got a fantastic range of craft supply for kids and the website is very easy to use. The fact that my daughter's school can also earn some money from my purchases is a great idea and an added incentive for me to use them.
