I love your products but your offer was a bit misleading - we tried to place an order of over £45 and entered the code to receive free postage and £5 off but were told we didn't qualify. We realised that the small print stated only valid on full price items and as some of our choices were slightly reduced it did not apply. When we looked at other items it seemed that a lot of products were part of one offer or another so that even when we added several extra items, we did not qualify. In the end we were quite annoyed by what seemed to be an unachievable offer and deleted all but the essential items that we needed for my daughter's party as we would have to pay the postage anyway.
