It is easy to order and the service is good and quick. The only problem is that both times I have ordered I have requested to receive a text when the order is despatched and on both occasions this has not happened.

I am very happy with the products. I was disappointed that after I placed my order i waited 2 weeks before then contacting yellow moon again to see what the hold up was. To then be told that I would have a charge on delivery(to Austria) and did I still want it. The charge was not the problem, the waiting around and not being informed and having to chase the order was annoying!
