Service Rating: Products as always seem good but the delivery and communication is poor - I waited over a week and when the parcel didn't arrive I rang to be told it hadn't been despatched as there was a problem with the warehouse. Yellow Moon shoudl have contacted me to let me know. Customer services weren't very helpful. i've had problems with delivery before so will think twice before ordering again with yellow moon.
