very cheaply made product, switch is extremely difficult to turn on and the connection at the switch seems faulty as it sometimes flickers on and off.
Service Rating:
Not much, to be honest - their products are usually quite "cheap and nasty", and they keep getting orders wrong! Plus when I then try to contact them about the wrong item, I either have to chase several times, or else they just completely ignore my emails!

Extremely disappointing. Bought two, one not working after about ten minutes use, and the other not working by mid afternoon. Intending to enquire about returning.
Service Rating:
I have had positive experience in past, but have been disappointed with two of the products in this order and was intending to contact Yellow Moon myself. I will think twice about ordering things in the future following this experience.
